| Remove/install | |||
| 1 | Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmitter range (at least 2 m). | ||
| 2 | Open stowage compartment (1). | ||
| 3 | Fold up flap (2). | ||
| 4 | Release housing (4) with pliers and pull out of clamping sleeve (3) until the electrical connector (5) is accessible. | Fig 2 | |
| 5 | Disconnect electrical connector (5). | ||
| 6 | Remove housing (4). | ||
| 7 | Unclip clamping sleeve (3) from stowage compartment (1) by pushing back the two catch hooks and remove. | ||
| 8 | Install in reverse order. |
