	Remove
1.1	Detach brake caliper (1) together with the brake pads.	Model 463.276/277 as of model year 2019 On front axle with 4-piston fixed-caliper brake.
			AR42.10-P-0070XGA
		Fasten brake caliper (1) to vehicle free of tension with lines connected.
1.2	Remove break pads (4).	Model 463 (except 463.276/277) as of model year 2019 On front axle with 1-piston floating caliper brake.
			AR42.10-P-1610XG
		Fasten brake caliper to vehicle free of tension with lines connected.
2	Remove break pads (9).	On rear axle.
			AR42.10-P-1710XG
		Fasten brake caliper to vehicle free of tension with lines connected.
3	Remove screws (5) and remove brake caliper support (6).	On front axle with 1-piston floating caliper brake.
4	Remove screws (10) and remove brake caliper support (11).	On rear axle.
5	Remove respective required safety screw (2, 12) on front or rear axle.
6	Remove respective required brake disc (3, 13) on front or rear axle.
	Check
7	Check respective required brake disc (3, 13) for wear and condition on front axle or rear axle.

		If damage is present or the wear is outside the tolerance limit, ↓ Replace respective brake disc (3, 13) in pairs.
	Clean
8	Clean contact surface and interference fit of respective brake disc (3, 13).	Assembly cleaner	*BR00.45-Z-1028-04A
9	Lightly grease interference fit of respective brake disc (3, 13).	Paste, hot lubrication 1 kg, DBL 6879.20	*BR00.45-Z-1005-06A
	Install
10	Install respective required brake disc (3, 13) on front or rear axle.	Replace brake discs (3, 13) in pairs only.
11	Tighten respective required safety screw (2, 12) on front or rear axle.	Safety screw, brake disc to wheel hub	*BA42.10-P-1001-06B
12	Install brake caliper support (6) and tighten screws (5).	On front axle with 1-piston floating caliper brake.
		Bolt, brake caliper/brake caliper support to steering knuckle	*BA42.10-P-1001-10Y
13	Install brake caliper support (11) and tighten screws (10).	On rear axle.
		Self-locking bolt, brake caliper support to rear axle tube	*BA42.10-P-1003-17B
14.1	Install brake caliper (1) together with the break pads.	Model 463.276/277 as of model year 2019 On front axle with 4-piston fixed-caliper brake.	AR42.10-P-0070XGA
