Remove/install engine charge air duct upstream of charge air cooler - AR09.41-P-8623OGE

	Remove/install
1	Remove engine cover	Ensure correct seating of the engine cover.
2	Remove cover for belt drive
3	Remove fan unit	MODEL 218, 212, 207	AR20.40-P-5050EW
4	Remove engine charge air hose upstream of charge air cooler at the engine charge air duct upstream of charge air cooler (6)		AR09.41-P-1311-01AL
		Thoroughly clean connections, check sealing rings and catch springs for damage and correct seating; replace if necessary. Leaks can occur otherwise.
5	Detach coolant hose out of bracket (2)
6	Unscrew screw/bolt (3)
7	Remove retaining clamp (4)
8	Remove screw/bolts (5)	Engine charge air duct upstream of charge air cooler to oil filter housing	*BA09.41-P-1003-01J
		Engine charge air duct upstream of charge air cooler to bracket	*BA09.41-P-1002-01J
9	Remove engine charge air channel upstream of charge air cooler (6)	Detach engine charge air duct upstream of charge air cooler (6) downwards from engine charge air duct on the turbocharger. Replace sealing rings on engine charge air duct upstream of charge air cooler (6).
10	Install in the reverse order
