	Remove/install
	Risk of accident  caused by vehicle starting off by itself when engine is running. Risk of injury  caused by contusions and burns during starting procedure or when working near the engine as it is running	Secure vehicle to prevent it from moving by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
1	Remove engine trim panel
2	Remove engine intake air duct upstream of air filter housing
3	Disconnect electrical connector from charge air temperature sensor (B17/8)	The electrical connector also, at the time, secures the snap-in bracket on the charge air temperature sensor (B17/8).
4	Unlock charge air temperature sensor (B17/8) on the support and remove from engine charge air duct downstream of charge air cooler (1)	Press snap-in bracket together, do not unlatch or latch charge air temperature sensor (B17/8) with the electrical connector so that the snap-in bracket is not overstretched. Always replace charge air temperature sensor (B17/8) with defective snap-in brackets. Replace seal ring.
5	Pull out charge air temperature sensor (B17/8)
6	Install in the reverse order
