Remove/install the tumble flap and resonance flap switchover valve at the intake manifold - AR09.20-P-1990EW

ENGINES 272, 273 (except 272.983) in MODEL 212

	Remove/install
	Notes on avoiding damage through contamination and foreign objects		AH00.00-P-5000-01A
1	Remove resonance intake manifold (5)		AR09.20-P-1961EW
2	Detach pneumatic line (1 or 2) from switchover valve (Y22/6 or Y22/9)	Installation:  Check pneumatic line (1 or 2) for damage and replace if necessary.
3	Remove lock washer (3 or 4)	Replace lock washer (3 or 4).
4	Disconnect electrical connector (X205) and remove switchover valve (Y22/6 or Y22/9) from resonance intake manifold (5)
5	Install in the reverse order
