The digital TV tuner is a participant of the MOST, via which it communicates with the COMAND controller unit (A40/3).

- TV 1 antenna amplifier (A94/1)
- TV 2 and Keyless-Go antenna amplifier (A94/2)
- TV 3 antenna amplifier (A94/3) (model 207.3)
- TV 3 FM2 and DAB band III antenna amplifier (A2/54) (model 207.4), with CODE 537 (Digital radio) via the TV antenna splitter (A2/89)
Demodulating and decoding signals
The TV signals that are received via the antenna amplifier are evaluated internally and separated into video and audio signals.

MOST
The digital TV tuner communicates over MOST with the COMAND controller unit. The audio signals are transmitted to the COMAND controller unit or the sound system amplifier control unit (N40/3) (with CODE (810) Sound system)).
Direct line
- Supply voltage to the following antenna amplifiers:
- TV 2 antenna amplifier
- TV 3 antenna amplifier (model 207.3)
- TV 3 FM2 and DAB band III antenna amplifier (model 207.4), with CODE 537 (Digital radio) via the TV antenna splitter
- Video signals via Y/C lines to COMAND controller unit
Body
With CODE 498 (Japan version) the digital TV tuner is delivered with a "B-CAS card". The "B-CAS card" is designed as a subscriber identification module (SIM) card and inserted in the SIM card reader. The SIM card reader does not have a cover.
