Install and weld in center roof paneling - AR65.10-P-1000-04EWB

MODEL 212.0 except CODE (413) Panoramic glass roof with top sliding roof except CODE (414) Power glass tilting/sliding roof

1. Install center roof paneling (1). Fit with set of spacer blocks and fix in place.

   When removing, observe specified dimensions and position of set of spacer blocks.

2. Drill Ø 5.0 mm rivet holes in center roof paneling (1).

   Drill rivet holes from bottom through spot welds predrilled during removal.

3. Remove center roof paneling (1) and set of spacer blocks.
4. Deburr rivet holes on center roof paneling (1) from both sides.

5. Apply 2-component adhesive in crosshatched areas.

   Observe pretreatment of bonding surfaces.

   Refer to the manufacturer's information for the curing and working times of 2-component adhesive.

6. Apply sealant to center roof bow.

7. Install center roof paneling (1), fit with set of spacer blocks and fix in place.
8. Rivet center roof paneling (1) with 4.8 8 steel/steel blind rivets (areas D and E).
9. Center roof paneling (1) (areas F and G).
10. Clean weld joints.
11. Remove drill shavings.
