Install and weld in center roof paneling - AR65.10-P-1000-04EWA

1. Install center roof paneling (1), fit with set of spacer blocks and fix in place. Observe dimensions and position of spacer blocks from set of spacer blocks determined during removal.
2. Drill Ø 5.0 mm rivet holes in center roof paneling (1).

   Drill rivet holes from bottom through spot welds predrilled during removal.

3. Remove center roof paneling (1) and set of spacer blocks.
4. Deburr rivet holes on center roof paneling (1) from both sides.

5. Apply 2-component adhesive in cross-hatched areas.

   Observe pretreatment of bonding surfaces.

   Refer to the manufacturer's information for the curing and working times of 2-component adhesive.

6. Install center roof paneling (1), fit with set of spacer blocks and fix in place.
7. Rivet center roof paneling (1) 4.8X8 steel/steel blind rivets (areas E and F).
8. Center roof paneling (1) (areas G and H).
9. Clean weld joints.
10. Remove shavings and drill chips.
