	Remove/install
1	Drain air conditioning system	Drain, evacuate and recharge air conditioning, check for proper operation and check for leaks Installation: Evacuate air conditioning system, refill it and check it for proper operation and leak tightness.	AR83.30-P-1760CW
2	Remove wiper system	Remove/install wiper system	AR82.30-P-6400CW
3	Unscrew nut (2) and detach retaining clamp (3)	MODEL 204, 207
4	Unscrew nut (4)	Installation: Do not tighten the nut (4) too tight. Otherwise the expansion valve (1) or the suction line (5) may be damaged.
5	Pull suction line (5) out of expansion valve (1) and close off	Installation: Replace sealing ring of suction line (5).
6	Unscrew nut (6)	Installation: Do not tighten the nut (6) too tight. Otherwise the expansion valve (1) or the pressure line (7) may be damaged.
7	Pull pressure line (7) out of expansion valve (1) and close off	Installation: Replace sealing ring of pressure line (7).
8	Remove screws/bolts (8), remove expansion valve (1) and close off connection lines (9)	Installation: Alternately screw in screws/bolts (8). To avoid tilting of the expansion valve (1). Installation: Replace sealing rings (10) of connection lines (9).
9	Install in the reverse order
