	Remove/install
1	Release left or right backrest and fold forward
2	Slide release slide (2) of right and left head restraint (1) to the right (arrow A and arrow B) and remove relevant head restraint (1) from above	Push head restraint (1) downwards until it engages.
3	Install in the reverse order
