Risk of poisoning from swallowing coolant. | Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses. |

| 2 | Unclip cover (2) | ||
| 3 | Guide heat exchanger (3) out of washer fluid reservoir (1) | ||
| 4 | Pinch off coolant hoses (4) | Fig 2 | |
| 5 | Loosen clamps (5) and remove coolant hoses (4) | ||
| 6 | Remove cover (2) | When replacing the heat exchanger (3). | |
| 7 | Install in the reverse order |
