| 1 | Remove overhead control panel control unit | AR82.20-P-1000LF | |
| 2 | Unclip cover (1) and remove | ||
| 3 | Unclip and remove cover (2) in direction of arrow | ||
| 4 | Push back foam rubber grommet (3) | Completely install foam rubber grommet (3) over electrical connector (4). Otherwise noises can occur. |

| 5 | Disconnect electrical connection (4) | ||
| 6 | Detach duct tape (5) | ||
| 7 | Turn inside rearview mirror (A676) on mirror base (7) to right with open end wrench and remove from mirror holder | ||
| 8 | Adjust reading lamp on inside mirror (A67) to steering variant | When replacing inside rearview mirror (A67). | |
