| 3 | Remove rear cargo area floor | ||
| 4 | Remove trunk recess cover | ||
| 5 | Release electrical wiring harness (4) from bracket (5) | ||

| 7 | Unlock lower electrical connector (6) and remove from bracket (5) along with the upper electrical connector (6) and place to one side | ||
| 8 | Remove rear fuse and relay module (K40/5) from bracket (5) and place to one side with lines connected | ||
| 9 | Unscrew nuts (7) | ||
| 10 | Place bracket (5) to one side with control units mounted | ||
| 11 | Disconnect electrical connectors from rear SAM control unit (N10/8) | The number of electrical connectors may vary depending on the equipment. |

| 13 | Move rear SAM control unit (N10/8) out of bracket (5) | ||
| 14 | Install in the reverse order |
