Remove/Install Fuse And Relay Module In Rear - AR54.15-P-0001LWM

Model 205 as of model year 2019

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Remove trunk recess trim. Model 205 as of model year 2019
Model 205.0/1/3 as of model year 2019

2 Disconnect ground line from battery.   AR54.10-P-0003LW
3 Remove bolt (2) and remove fuse box (1) from equipment carrier. IMPORTANT Model 205.4 as of model year 2019 The bolt (2) is located in the direction of travel at the front on the fuse box (1).  
4 Unscrew bolts (3).    
5 Release rear fuse and relay module (K40/5) and remove from fuse box (1).    
6 Remove positive line (4) from rear fuse and relay module (K40/5). TORQUE SPECIFICATION Nut, positive line to rear fuse and relay module *BA54.15-P-1001-01K 
7 Disconnect all electrical connectors from rear passenger compartment fuse and relay module (K40/5). IMPORTANT The number of electrical connectors varies according to vehicle equipment.  
8 Unclip all fuse holders and place to one side.    
9 Remove rear fuse and relay module (K40/5).    
10 Change all fuses and relays. When replacing the rear fuse and relay module (K40/5).  
REFER TO BASIC KNOWLEDGE Assignment of rear fuse and relay module   GF54.15-P-1256-30RFM
11 Install in the reverse order.
