Partially Install Side Wall Reinforcement - Ar63.20-P-0861-04LWR

Model 205.4 

The following steps are shown on the left side of the vehicle and must be performed analogously on the right side in the event of damage.

1. Install side wall reinforcement (4), fit and fix in place.
2. Side wall reinforcement (4) (area A).

   Perform inert gas welding at intervals and allow to cool down in between. This reduces heat distortion.

3. Grind inert gas weld down flat on side wall reinforcement (4) (area A).

   Grind down flat only on beaded areas and contact areas of rear fender.
