Remove/Install Parking System Control Unit - AR54.65-P-0018LWQ

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Commission parking system control unit (N62). When replacing parking system control unit (N62).  
REFER TO SELF-DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEMS     AD00.00-P-2000-04B
2 Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmission range (min. 2 m).    
3 Remove trunk recess trim.    
4 Remove on-board electrical system battery. Model 205.4 as of model year 2019
with code 235 (Active Parking Assist with PARKTRONIC)

5 Remove screws (1) and bracket (2). Model 205.4 as of model year 2019
with code 235 (Active Parking Assist with PARKTRONIC)
with code B01 (48V technology)
 
6 Unscrew nuts (3).    
7 Unscrew screw/bolts (4).    
8 Lift bracket (5) with the parking system control unit (N62).    
9 Disconnect electrical connectors from parking system control unit (N62). IMPORTANT The number of electrical connectors varies according to vehicle equipment.  
10 Remove parking system control unit (N62) from bracket (5).    
11 Install in the reverse order.
