| 1 | Commission Mercedes-Benz Intelligent Drive control unit (N62/4). | When replacing Mercedes-Benz Intelligent Drive control unit (N62/4). | |

| 2 | Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmission range (min. 2 m). | ||
| 3.1 | Remove left trunk lining at side. | Model 205.0/1 as of model year 2019 with code 233 (DISTRONIC PLUS) |

| 4 | Unscrew nuts (1). | ||
| 5 | Release bolt (2) and remove holder (3) with Mercedes-Benz Intelligent Drive control unit (N62/4) then place into vehicle. | ||
| 6 | Disconnect electrical connector (4) from Mercedes-Benz Intelligent Drive control unit (N62/4). | ||
| 7 | Release Mercedes-Benz Intelligent Drive control unit (N62/4) at all catches (arrows A) and remove in direction of arrow (B) from holder (3). | ||
| 8 | Install in the reverse order. |
