Remove/Install Belt Pulley/Vibration Damper - AR03.30-P-1600MMV

	Remove/install
1	Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmission range (at least 2 m)
2	Remove poly-V belt		AR13.22-P-1202MMV
3	Install retaining lock for crankshaft/starter ring gear		AR03.30-P-5000MMV
4	Remove crankshaft center bolt (3)	Replace center bolt for crankshaft (3). Center bolt, belt pulley to crankshaft	*BA03.30-P-1001-01M
5	Detach belt pulley/vibration damper (8) from crankshaft	Through turning motions ensure that the key (4) of the crankshaft engages in the groove on the belt pulley/vibration damper (8).
	Check
6	Check contact surface of the radial shaft sealing ring (5) on hub of the belt pulley/vibration damper (8) for scoring and galling	For scoring and galling ↓ Replace belt pulley/vibration damper (8).
7	Check front radial shaft sealing ring (5) for damage	If damage is present ↓ Replace front radial shaft sealing ring (5).	AR03.20-P-3000MMV
8	Install in the reverse order
	Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running.	Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
9	Perform an engine test run and check engine for leaktightness
