	Remove
1	Release and disconnect electrical connection for right oxygen sensor upstream of catalytic converter (5)		AR07.04-P-0083MMV
2	Release and disconnect electrical connection for right oxygen sensor downstream of right catalytic converter (5) and unclip line		AR07.04-P-0084MMV
3	Remove front and central sections of the lower engine compartment paneling		AR61.20-P-1105LW
4	Detach right CAT (5) on exhaust pipe (7)
5	Remove mounting clamp (8)
6	Detach right catalytic converter (5) from bracket (6) and remove downwards
7	Remove right oxygen sensor upstream of right catalytic converter (5)	When replacing the right catalytic converter (5).	AR07.04-P-0083MMV
8	Remove right oxygen sensor downstream of right catalytic converter (5)	When replacing the right catalytic converter (5).	AR07.04-P-0084MMV
9	Detach exhaust pipe (7) on right ATL and remove	When replacing the right catalytic converter (5).	AR09.40-P-6038MMV
	Install
10	Remove combustion and corrosion residue at separating points
11	Install right oxygen sensor downstream of right catalytic converter (5)	When replacing the right catalytic converter (5).	AR07.04-P-0084MMV
12	Install right oxygen sensor upstream of right catalytic converter (5)	When replacing the right catalytic converter (5).	AR07.04-P-0083MMV
13	Position right CAT (5) and mount on bracket (6)	Nut, bracket for catalytic converter to bracket for torque converter housing	*BA49.10-P-1013-02A
14	Install new mounting clamp (8) on right CAT (5)	Replace seal.
		Clamp, front exhaust system to catalytic converter/diesel particulate filter	*BA49.10-P-1005-02A
15.1	Mount exhaust pipe (7) with right CAT (5) on right ATL	When replacing the right catalytic converter (5).	AR09.40-P-6037MMV
15.2	Mount right CAT (5) on exhaust pipe (7)	For reuse of the right CAT (5). Install new seal and screw/bolts.
		Bolt, flange connection for catalytic converter to exhaust line	*BA49.10-P-1016-02A
16	Install front and center sections of lower engine compartment paneling		AR61.20-P-1105LW
17	Release and disconnect electrical connection for right oxygen sensor downstream of right catalytic converter (5) until it is locked and unclip line		AR07.04-P-0084MMV
18	Put together the electrical connection of the right oxygen sensor upstream of the right CAT (5) until they are locked and clip in the line		AR07.04-P-0083MMV
19	Check installation position and unobstructed movement of all components of the exhaust system
	Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running.	Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
20	Carry out an engine test run and check exhaust system for leaktightness
