9	Remove clamp (3) or clamps (3).	Install new clamp (3) or clamps (3). Clamp, front exhaust system to catalytic converter/diesel particulate filter	*BA49.10-P-1005-02A
10	Remove clamp (7).	Replace clamp (7).
		Clamp, rear exhaust system to front exhaust system/rear exhaust system	*BA49.10-P-1011-02A

12	Remove center exhaust system (5) from the bracket (4) and from the brackets (4) and remove downward.	Aid of helper required. Screw/bolt, bracket to front exhaust system	*BA49.10-P-1006-02A
	Clean
13	Remove combustion and corrosion residues from the separating point or separating points.	Commercially available devices/tools  Wire brushes
	Check
14	Check elastomer bearings for wear and damage.	If complaints are present, ↓ replace elastomer bearing. Lightly wet elastomer bearings with lubricant. Lubricant, rubber assembly 1 l	*BR00.45-Z-1010-06A
15	Install in the reverse order.
	Check
16	Check installation position and for unobstructed movement of center exhaust system (5).	If complaints are present, ↓ Correct installation position of the center exhaust system (5).
	Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running.	Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
17	Perform engine test run, check function of the engine, and check leak tightness of the exhaust system.
18	Install center and rear lower engine compartment lining.		AR61.20-P-1105LW
