Install Rear Wall Paneling - Ar64.10-P-1100-04LW

The following steps are shown on model 205.0.

1. Install rear paneling (1), fit and fix in place.
2. Drill rivet holes on rear wall paneling (1) with Ø 6.7 mm bit (areas A).
3. Countersink rivet holes on rear wall paneling (1) (area A)
4. Drill rivet holes on rear wall paneling (1) with Ø 6.7 mm bit (area B).

   Only if no riveter for punching and flow-form rivets is used for installation.

   Drill rivet holes through existing holes in body.

5. Remove rear wall paneling (1).
6. Deburr rivet holes on rear wall paneling (1) and body on both sides.
7. Remove drilling chips.

8. Apply 2-component adhesive to body in crosshatched areas.

   Observe pretreatment of bonding surfaces and manufacturer's specifications for drying and processing time of 2-component adhesive.

9. Install rear wall paneling (1) and fix in place.
10. Rivet rear wall paneling (1) with Ø 6.4x12 rivets (area E).

    Flow-form rivets with a clamping range of up to 3.5 mm can also be used "S1" if a riveter for self-piercing and flow-form rivets is used for installation.

11. Rear wall paneling (1) with Ø 6.5x12.5 rivets (areas D).
12. Rivet rear wall paneling (1) with Ø 6.4x14 countersunk-head rivets (areas F).
13. Rear wall paneling (1) (areas C).
