Location 

The AIR BODY CONTROL unit and the AIR BODY CONTROL Plus control unit are under the left front seat.

Tasks 

The AIR BODY CONTROL unit and the AIR BODY CONTROL Plus control unit have the following tasks:

Reading in of signals 

The input factors are read in over the following connections:

Direct line 

The signals from the following components are read in by the AIR BODY CONTROL unit via a direct line:

The signals from the following components are read in by the AIR BODY CONTROL Plus control unit via a direct line:

Chassis FlexRay 

The AIR BODY CONTROL unit uses the chassis FlexRay and receives signals from the following control units:

The AIR BODY CONTROL Plus control unit uses the chassis FlexRay and receives signals from the following control units:

Evaluation of input factors 

The input factors that have been read in are evaluated by the integrated microprocessor and the affected components are then actuated.

Actuation of components 

Components are actuated with the following lines:

The following components are actuated by the AIR BODY CONTROL unit via a direct line:

The following components are actuated by the AIR BODY CONTROL Plus control unit via a direct line:

Chassis FlexRay
