	Remove/install
1	Switch off ignition and remove transmitter key
2	Remove upper engine cover
3	Remove engine air intake duct upstream of air filter
4	Unclip coolant line (1) at air intake pipe (4) at denoted location (arrow)
5	Detach vent line at air intake pipe (4)
6	Disconnect electrical connection at wide open throttle crankcase ventilation system heating element
7	Detach wide open throttle crankcase ventilation system from wide open throttle crankcase ventilation system heating element	Engine 274.9 in model 205 except code 494 (US version)

8	Unclip subharness (2) at air intake pipe (4)
9	Release clamps (3, 5) and pull off air intake pipe (4) to the front
10	Detach compensating ring between air intake pipe (4) and ATL on ATL	The compensating ring must be replaced after every disassembly. The installation of the new compensating ring should take place in the cleaned fitting of the air intake pipe (4) and not on the fitting of the ATL. The inside diameter of the compensating ring as well as the fitting of the ATL must be wet well with lubricant before assembly.
