Remove/install cover frame of integrated head restraint - AR91.16-P-0300NKB

	Remove
1	Place drilling template (1) onto front cover frame (2) and drill at the marked points (arrows A)	The front cover frame (2) must always be replaced.
2	Remove bolts (3)
3	Remove front cover frame (2)	Use suitable chafe protection (5) at lever points (arrows B). Otherwise the seat cover on front seat (9) will be damaged by the assembly wedge (4).

4	Remove dampening (6)	The dampening (6) must always be replaced.
5	Remove bolts (7)
6	Remove rear cover frame (10)	Use suitable chafe protection (5) at lever points (arrows C). Otherwise, the back shell (11) or the seat cover at the front seat (9) will be damaged by the assembly wedge (4). The rear cover frame (10) must always be replaced.

7	Install rear cover frame (10)
8	Tighten screw/bolts (7)	Bolt, trim piece belt passage to backrest frame	*BA91.10-P-1001-02A
9	Install vapor barrier (6)
10	Position carrier plate for front cover frame (2) and hook lugs (8) of seat cover at front seat (9) into carrier plate
11	Tighten bolts (3)	Bolt, trim piece belt passage to backrest frame	*BA91.10-P-1001-02A
	Clean
12	Clean bonding surfaces of carrier plate as well as front cover frame (2)	Bonding surface should be free of grease and dust.
		Cleaner	*BR00.45-Z-1025-04A
13	Glue front cover frame (2) onto carrier plate	Adhesive for front cover frame (2) is included in parts kit.
