| 2 | Unclip retaining clips (3) between back shell (4) and felt (5) and place center lumbar support (1) with felt (5) to one side | Figure | |

| 4 | Disconnect electrical connectors (8), expose lumbar support adjustment control units (7) with hose lines and place to one side | ||
| 5 | Drill out rivet heads from rivets (9) | ||

| 7 | Remove rivet residue and chippings completely from back shell (4) | Completely remove rivet residues. Otherwise, the remaining rivet residues will generate noise or damage to the backrest. |

| 9 | Install in the reverse order |
