Remove/install roller sun blind on panoramic sunroof - AR77.21-P-0205NKB

	Remove
1	Open or close front roller sun blind (1) and they are in center position	Front sliders (3) and rear sliders (4) must rear roller sun blind (2) until be accessible.
2	Unhook front roller sun blind (1) from left and right front slider (3) and carefully roll into roller blind cassette (5)
3	Unhook rear roller sun blind (2) from left and right rear slider (4) and carefully roll into roller blind cassette (5)
4	Remove headliner
5	Remove bolts (8, 9) and remove roller blind cassette (5).	Helper required for securing roller blind cassette (5)
6	Press button (11) and remove front roller sun blind (1) from roller blind cassette (5)	To do this pull roller sun blind shaft (10) out of front roller sun blind (1) until the roller shaft (10) arrests perceptibly. Otherwise the tension will be released on the front roller sun blind (1)
7	Press button (12) and remove rear roller sun blind (2) from roller blind cassette (5)	To do this pull roller sun blind shaft (10) out of rear roller sun blind (2) until the roller shaft (10) arrests perceptibly. Otherwise the tension will be released on the rear roller sun blind (2).
	Install
8	Completely press roller shaft (10) into front roller sun blind (1) or rear roller sun blind (2)	When it is necessary to retention the front roller sun blind (1) or rear roller sun blind (2).
9	Wind up front roller sun blind (1) or rear roller sun blind (2)	When it is necessary to retention the front roller sun blind (1) or rear roller sun blind (2). Ensure that the front roller sun blind (1) or rear roller sun blind (2) are wound up completely.
10	Initially tension front roller sun blind (1) or rear roller sun blind (2) by turning approx. 20 turns in the direction of the arrow (arrow C)	When it is necessary to retention the front roller sun blind (1) or rear roller sun blind (2). If necessary clamp roller shaft (10) in a vise.
11	Pull roller shaft (10) out of front roller sun blind (1) or rear roller sun blind (2)	When it is necessary to retention the front roller sun blind (1) or rear roller sun blind (2). Pull roller shaft (10) out until it arrests perceptibly.
12	Rotate rear roller shaft bow (7) one turn and hook into left and right side of roller blind cassette (5) (arrows B)	When inserting roller shaft (10) into roller blind cassette (5), ensure that the roller blind shaft (10) is located properly in the mount on the roller blind cassette (5).
13	Clip rear roller sun blind (2) on roller shaft (10) and button (12) into roller blind cassette (5)	Then hold rear roller sun blind (2) and clip into button (12) in roller blind cassette (5).
14	Rotate front roller shaft bow (6) one turn and hook into left and right side of roller blind cassette (5) (arrows A)	When inserting roller shaft (10) into roller blind cassette (5), ensure that the roller blind shaft (10) is located properly in the mount on the roller blind cassette (5).
15	Clip front roller sun blind (1) on to roller shaft (10) and on to button (11) in roller cassette (5)	Then hold front roller sun blind (1) and clip into button (11) in roller blind cassette (5).
16	Position roller blind cassette (5) and bolts (8, 9)	Helper required for securing roller blind cassette (5).
17	Tighten bolts (8, 9)
18	Pull rear roller sun blind (2) out of roller cassette (5) and hook rear roller shaft bow (7) in to the two rear sliders (4)	For this purpose hook extraction hooks in to side of rear roller shaft bow (7). Helper required.

19	Pull front roller sun blind (1) out of roller cassette (5) and hook front roller shaft bow (6) in to the two rear sliders (3)	For this purpose hook extraction hooks in to side of front roller shaft bow (6). Helper required.

20	Install headliner
