Remove/Install Vacuum Pump - Ar43.05-S-1320SE

	Remove/install
1	Remove air filter housing	Model 906 with engine 642.896/898/992/993	AR09.10-D-1150SF
2	Remove screws/bolts (2) and detach glow output stage (N14/3) from holder (1)	Model 906 with engine 642.992 Do not disconnect electrical connections of glow output stage (N14/3).
		Bolt, glow output stage to bracket	*BA15.20-N-1003-01C
3	Remove vacuum line (3) and place to one side
4	Remove screw/bolt (4) of holder (1)
5	Detach engine wiring harness from fixture (1)	Replace cable tie.
6.1	Remove screws/bolts (5) and upper screw/bolt (7) and remove holder (1)	Model 906 with engine 642.992
		Bolt, vacuum pump to cylinder head	*BA43.05-N-1001-01E
6.2	Remove screws/bolts (5, 8) and upper screw/bolt (7) and remove holder (1)	Model 906 with engine 642.896/898/993 Do not pull out screws/bolts (8).
		Bolt, exhaust gas recirculation valve housing to bracket	*BA14.20-N-1022-01H
		Bolt, vacuum pump to cylinder head	*BA43.05-N-1001-01E
7	Remove lower screw/bolt (7) and detach vacuum pump (6)	Replace seal. Align drive plate of vacuum pump (6).
		Bolt, vacuum pump to cylinder head	*BA43.05-N-1001-01E
8	Install in the reverse order
	Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running.	Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
9	Conduct engine test run and check engine for leaks in the area of the vacuum pump (6)
