Remove/Install Front Bumper - Ar88.20-D-2000SD

MODEL 906 without CODE XM0 (Facelift) without CODE ZX8 (Dodge brand scope) without CODE ZX9 (Freightliner (FTL) brand scope)

	Remove/install
1	Remove license plate
2	Remove front grille	Model 906
		MODEL 906	AR88.00-D-2115SD
3	Unscrew bolts (3, 4)
4	Pull covers (2) toward front and unclip	MODEL 906 with CODE F46 (Headlamp cleaning system)
		Mounting wedge	Fig 2
5	Remove screws/bolts (8)	Bolt, front bumper step plate to n crossmember	*BA88.20-N-1005-01A
6	Remove screw/bolts (9)	Collar screw, front bumper to body	*BA88.20-N-1001-01A
7	Unclip left and right fender liner from bumper (6)	The fender liner is fastened with three clips in the wheel arch and with two clips to the bumper to the bottom (6).
8	Slightly pull cover (1) toward front in direction of arrow, carefully insert detaching tool (5) at side into front-end paneling (7) and unclip cover (1) from front-end paneling (7) on both sides.	Detaching tool	Fig 1
9	Pull bumper (6) toward front
		Helper required.
10	Unclip outside air temperature sensor (B14) from bumper (6)	MODEL 906 with CODE J65 (Outside temperature indicator)
11	Disconnect electrical connector (10) from left front fog lamp and right front fog lamp	MODEL 906 with CODE L16 (Halogen front fog lamp)
12	Disconnect front bumper PTS connector (X26/27)	MODEL 906 with CODE EZ8 (Parktronic system (PTS))
13	Remove bumper (6)
14	Disassemble bumper (6)	If required.
			AR88.20-D-2050SD
15	Install in the reverse order
16	Check front fog lamp adjustment and correct if required	Vehicles with CODE L16 (Halogen front fog lamp)
