	Notes on self-locking nuts and bolts		AH00.00-N-0001-01A
	Remove/install
1	Remove engine with front axle carrier		AR01.10-P-2500RKC
2	Remove low-temperature circuit expansion reservoir (1)	To do this remove screw/bolts (2) and unlock low-temperature circuit expansion reservoir (1) (arrow) Screw/bolt, low pressure expansion reservoir to carrier plate/engine suspension lug	*BA09.41-P-1010-01Q
3	Mount engine suspension lug (3)	Screw/bolt for engine suspension lug at top	*BA01.30-P-1007-01Z
3	Mount engine suspension lug (3)	Lifting eye	Fig 2
4	Hook engine hoist into engine lifting eyes
5	Remove tensioning strap for engine-transmission unit
6	Secure front axle carrier on portable lifting platform with tensioning strap against slipping and falling down
7	Lift engine	Only raise far enough for chain on engine hoist to be lightly tensioned.
8	Remove screw/bolts (4)	Bolt, front engine mount to front axle carrier	*BA22.10-P-1002-03E
9	Lift off engine/transmission unit from front axle carrier	Ensure when lifting that engine oil pan is not damaged. Ensure that engine mount sits correctly in the catches on front axle carrier.
10	Install in the reverse order
