| Risk of injury to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolant spray. Risk of poisoning from swallowing coolant. | Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses. |

| 2 | Clamp off coolant hoses (1, 2) with clamping devices (3, 4) and disconnect from low-temperature circuit additional radiator (5) | Fig 2 | |
| 3 | Unclip electrical line (6) from low-temperature circuit additional radiator (5) | ||
| 4 | Unlock charge air cooler circulation pump relay (N10/2kD) and detach upwards out of the bracket (7) and place to one side | ||
| 5 | Remove nut (8) | ||
| 6 | Remove screw/bolt (9) and remove low-temperature circuit additional radiator (5) | ||
| 7 | Install in the reverse order | ||
| 8 | Pour coolant into the low-temperature circuit | AR09.41-P-6834RKC | |
