DANGER Risk of injury  to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolant spray. Risk of poisoning  from swallowing coolant. Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers.
Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.

DANGER Risk of death  caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform. Align vehicle between vehicle lift columns and position the four support plates at the vehicle lift support points specified by the vehicle manufacturer. AS00.00-Z-0010-01A
REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Drain low-temperature circuit coolant at circulation pump coolant hose (9)   AR09.41-P-6925LFB 
      AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ
2 Remove condenser for air conditioning Engine 157, 278 in model 217
Engine 278 in model 222.0/1
AR83.30-P-6540LF
3 Detach coolant hose (7) on low-temperature cooler connection (6)   AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ
4 Remove low-temperature cooler (3) upwards    
5 Install in the reverse order    
INSPECT Check     
6 Bleed low-temperature circuit and check for leaktightness   AR20.00-P-1142-04A

DANGER Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running. Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts. AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
7 Carry out engine test run and check the engine cooling system for the low-temperature circuit for proper operation and leaktightness
