Remove/install exhaust manifold - AR14.10-P-3006EHV

	Remove/install

1	Remove front engine cover
2	Remove bottom engine compartment paneling		AR61.20-P-1105EW
3	Disconnect electrical connectors on left or right oxygen sensors and expose feed lines		AR07.52-P-5303EL
4	Remove left or right catalytic converter from left exhaust manifold (1) or right exhaust manifold (2) and from transmission bracket		AR49.10-P-7100EL
5	Remove ME-SFI [ME] control unit (N3/10) with bracket (5) and heat shield (3)	When removing the left exhaust manifold (1).

6	Remove air filter (6) with intake air duct (7)	When removing the right exhaust manifold (2).
		Bolt, air filter to air intake pipe support brace	*BA09.10-P-1002-01M
		Bolt, air filter to cylinder head cover	*BA09.10-P-1001-01M
7	Remove heat shield (4) over right exhaust manifold (2)	When removing the right exhaust manifold (2).
8	Unscrew nuts for left exhaust manifold (1) or right exhaust manifold (2)		AR14.10-P-3000-01MM
		Observe tightening procedure for exhaust manifold.
		Nut, exhaust manifold to cylinder head	*BA14.10-P-1001-01E
9	Remove left exhaust manifold (1) or right exhaust manifold (2) upwards	Replace seal and check stud for damage; replace if necessary.
10	Install in the reverse order
	Check
11	Inspect installation position and unobstructed movement of all components of the exhaust system
	Risk of accident from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running.	Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
12	Test run engine and check exhaust system for leaks
