Remove/install rear bumper - AR88.20-P-2200GQ

MODEL 166.0

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Remove left and right outer lamp unit   AR82.10-P-4905GQ
2 Detach fender liner in left and right fender   AR88.10-P-1400GQ 
3 Remove bolts (1)    
4 Remove expansion rivet (2)    
5 Unclip rear bumper (3) from left and right retaining strip INSTALLATION IMPORTANT Ensure that rear bumper (3) is installed correctly on retaining strips.  
6 Remove screws (4)    
7 Remove rear bumper (3) toward rear with aid of helper INSTALLATION IMPORTANT Ensure that rear bumper (3) is installed correctly on retaining strips.  
8 Disconnect electrical connectors IMPORTANT Number of electrical connectors can vary according to vehicle equipment.  
9 Install in the reverse order    
10 Adjust rear bumper (3) Gap dimensions on hoods, doors and lids  
      AR60.00-P-0700-01GQ
    Gap dimension *BE60.00-P-1003-01Z 
    SPECIAL TOOL MODEL 166.0
