2	Fill air conditioning system with nitrogen and test for leaks

		Fill system with a system pressure of 15 bar only when engine is cold. This system pressure must be maintained for at least 4 h. Fill high and low-pressure side of air conditioning with nitrogen. Temperature changes during the pressure test (e.g. through change in weather or cooling down of the engine compartment overnight) can cause pressure surges. Consistent ambient conditions must be strictly ensured.
3	Check refrigerant circuit of air conditioning for leaks using leak detection spray	If a pressure drop is determined.

If it is proven that a different leak detector additive has been used, we will refuse to reimburse costs within the warranty and goodwill period. Daimler AG reserves the right to perform reexaminations. Carry out steps as per the operating instructions of the UV leak detection kit.
