4.2	Remove left and right roof railing	Model 156 with code 413 (Automatic panoramic sliding sunroof) with code 720 (Roof railing) with code 725 (Roof rails, electropolished aluminum)

	Risk of injury  caused by scraping or cutting body parts on sharp vehicle parts	Always wear protective gloves when working on or near sharp and non-deburred vehicle parts. Deburr repair panels.	AS00.00-Z-0017-01A

5	Saw an approx. 5 to 10 mm wide strip off of the front edge of the front glass cover (2)	Observe cutting depth when sawing. Otherwise the paneling on the front roof frame can be damaged. Use oscillating saw with round sawing blade.
6	Remove guide tube for roller sun blind drive cable		AR77.21-P-0232NKX
7	Disconnect electrical connection (4)
8	Remove screws (5)
9	Unscrew bolts (6) and remove left and right mounting console (7)
	Risk of injury  from cutting wire tearing or becoming hot and from splinters of glass when cutting out bonded windows	Wear protective gloves and safety glasses.	AS67.00-Z-0004-01A
10	Cut out panoramic sliding roof frame (1) and remove from body		AR77.21-P-0800-01NKX
		Protect adjacent paint surfaces against damage when cutting with shields. Aid of helper required

	Install
11	Open driver-side window	To prevent rear panoramic sliding roof frame (1) just bonded in from being pressed out toward outside by air when closing the doors.
12	Prepare new panoramic sliding roof frame (1) for installing window		AR77.21-P-0800-02CW
		Completely screw in expansion elements (8) until a clicking sound can be heard. Otherwise the panoramic sliding roof frame (1) may not fit the body flange precisely. Do not touch bonding surfaces with bare fingers and they should be free of dust, oil, grease, wax and other adhesive components or dirt residues. Otherwise the strength of the glued connections is impaired. Always replace panoramic sliding roof frame (1).

13	Prepare body flange for installing panoramic sliding roof frame		AR77.21-P-0800-05NKX
		Do not touch bonding surfaces with bare fingers and they should be free of dust, oil, grease, wax and other adhesive components or dirt residues. Otherwise the strength of the glued connections is impaired.

14	Apply adhesive to body flange		AR77.21-P-0800-03CW
		Repair kit, windshield glazing, 1-component adhesive	*BR00.45-Z-1135-02A
15	Install panoramic sliding roof frame (1) on body and align	Use weights with large surfaces such as sandbags to put load on panoramic roof frame (1). Otherwise the panoramic sliding roof frame (1) can be damaged. Observe previously determined gap dimension (A) and determine panoramic sliding roof frame (1) between side roof paneling. Helper required for installation and alignment.

17	Install left and right mounting console (7) and screw in bolts (6)
18	Connect electrical connector (4)
