	Remove/install
1	Switch off ignition
2	Remove engine cover
3	Remove charge air hose downstream of the charge air cooler		AR09.41-P-8619MTA
4	Disconnect electrical connection (4) at throttle valve actuator (M16/6).
5	Remove screw/bolts (2)	Bolt, air intake connection to throttle valve actuator	*BA09.41-P-1002-01T
6	Detach air intake connection (1) from throttle valve actuator (M16/6) and remove upwards	Observe installation position. Replace seal.
7	Remove screw/bolt (3)	Bolt, throttle valve actuator to charge air distributor	*BA30.20-P-1002-01C
8	Detach throttle valve actuator (M16/6) from charge air distributor and remove upwards	Replace seal.
9	Install in the reverse order
10	Connect diagnostic system, read out fault memory and delete if necessary
			AD00.00-P-2000-04A
