Oil line removal and installation - AR18.30-P-6850MTA

	Remove/install
1	Detach coolant lines from turbocharger and pull to the front		AR20.20-P-7440MTA
		Do not remove coolant lines. The feed line remains on the crankcase and the return line on Y-fitting on the transmission cooling coolant circulation pump.
2	Remove upper engine cover
	Only perform operation steps 3 to 7 to remove feed line (1)
3	Detach heat protection cable bushing from feed line (1)	Check heat protection cable bushing for damage; replace if necessary.
4	Remove screw/bolt (5)	Replace sealing ring.
		Bolt, oil feed line to turbocharger/crankcase/bracket	*BA09.40-P-1003-01X
5	Remove screw/bolt for oil line feed line bracket (3)	Bolt, oil feed line to turbocharger/crankcase/bracket	*BA09.40-P-1003-01X
6	Detach wide open throttle vent line (9) at cylinder head cover and bracket and place to one side		AR01.20-P-0002MTA
		Do not bend wide open throttle vent line (9) too strongly. The wide open throttle vent line (9) will be damaged otherwise and must be replaced.
7	Remove screw/bolt (6) and feed line (1) upwards	Replace sealing ring.
		Bolt, oil feed line to turbocharger/crankcase/bracket	*BA09.40-P-1003-01X
	Only perform operation steps 8 to 12 to remove return line (2)
8	Remove heat shield at turbocharger	Bolt, heat shield to bracket	*BA09.40-P-1009-01X
9	Detach heat protection cable bushing from return line (2)	Check heat protection cable bushing for damage; replace if necessary.
10	Remove screw/bolt (7)	Replace sealing ring.
		Bolt, oil return line to turbocharger/crankcase/bracket	*BA09.40-P-1004-01X
11	Remove oil return line bracket screw/bolt (4)	Bolt, oil return line to turbocharger/crankcase/bracket	*BA09.40-P-1004-01X
12	Remove screw/bolt (8) and return line (2) upwards	Replace seal.
		Bolt, oil return line to turbocharger/crankcase/bracket	*BA09.40-P-1004-01X
13	Install in the reverse order
	Check
14	Check oil level of the engine and correct if necessary
			AP18.00-P-0101AHH
	Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running.	Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
15	Carry out an engine test run and check engine for leaktightness
