Remove/install side paneling in trunk - AR68.30-P-4800GQX

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Fold rear seat to the front    
2 Remove load compartment cover    
3 Fold up backrest in 3rd seat row    
4 Lift load compartment floor and remove cover (2) from rear center section    
5 Remove cover (3) SPECIAL TOOL Mounting wedge Figure
6 Remove bolt (1)    
7 Remove belt straps from guides (4)    
8 Pry off covers above bolts (1b) and unscrew bolts (1b) SPECIAL TOOL Mounting wedge Figure
9 Unscrew bolt (5) from belt end fitting TORQUE SPECIFICATION Bolt, belt end fitting/seat belt lock, rear seat on body/seat *BA91.40-P-1007-01R 
10 Remove rear door sill molding   AR68.30-P-4100GQ 
11 Remove weather strip (6) in area of side paneling (1)    
12 Pry out side paneling (1) in direction of clamps (7) SPECIAL TOOL Mounting wedge Figure
13 Pry side paneling (1) out of body NOTES For this purpose directly move assembly wedge to clips (1k) and pry out carefully. Otherwise damage will occur.

14.1 Unlock electrical connectors on left 3rd seat row folding backrest switch (2nd seat row on right) (S158/7), right 3rd seat row folding backrest switch (2nd seat row on right) (S158/10), left 3rd seat row folding backrest switch (cargo area) (S158/5) and right 3rd seat row folding backrest switch (cargo area) (S158/8) and disconnect when removing right side paneling (1)  
14.2 Unlock electrical connectors on left 3rd seat row folding backrest switch (2nd seat row on left) (S158/6), right 3rd seat row folding backrest switch (2nd seat row on left) (S158/9), cargo area power outlet (X58/4) and cargo area lamp (E18/1) and disconnect When removing left side paneling (1)  
15 Unlock electrical connector (8) from feed line for left rear surround speaker (H4/62) or right rear surround speaker (H4/63) and disconnect MODEL 166.8
with CODE 810 (Sound system)
with CODE 811 (Advanced sound system)
 
16 Remove side paneling (1)    
17 Install in the reverse order    
SEAT BELTS/EMERGENCY TENSIONING RETRACTORS
