Loosening and tightening regulation for camshaft bearing caps - AH05.20-P-0300-01OLP

IMPORTANT

Loosening and tightening specification 

IMPORTANT Mark camshaft bearing cap (2).

IMPORTANT The contact surfaces on the cylinder head cover (1) and on the camshaft bearing caps (2) must be cleaned.

Coat camshaft (4) in area of camshaft bearing cap (2) with engine oil before installing.

IMPORTANT Before fitting the bolts (3) make sure that the camshaft bearing caps (2) make contact with the cylinder head cover (1).

Position bolts (3) by hand.

IMPORTANT When tightening the bolts (3) make sure that the camshaft bearing caps (2) are not tilted.
