2	Remove exhaust gas recirculation cooler	ENGINE 651 in MODEL 166, 172, 204, 207, 212, 218, 221	AR14.20-P-7665CD
3.1	Disconnect fuel hose (1) on fuel filter (3)	For an installed venturi wiring harness (2) Replace Clic clamps. Leakages will occur when using threaded or spring bracket clamps. Do not use any sharp-edged or pointed tools to release the fuel hose (1). Damage will otherwise occur. Check fuel hose (1) for damage; replace if necessary.
3.2	Remove fuel filter (3) and place to one side	For non-installation of a venturi wiring harness (2) For non-installation of a venturi wiring harness (2) both fuel hoses are connected to the fuel filter (3).
4	Disconnect electrical connection at fuel filter condensation sensor (3) heating element
5	Unclip cable duct on the respective cable duct clip (arrows) and lift slightly
6	Remove cover (A) from holder (B)
7	Detach holder with temperature sensor (C) and place to one side
8	Detach bracket (D) for fuel lines
9	Detach coolant hoses at connection fittings (E) and remove	Hose clamp pliers	Figure
10	Detach coolant return line connection fitting (F) and pull out of coolant hose (G)	First tighten the front screw/bolt of the two-hole flange onto cylinder head and then tighten the rear screw/bolt of the two-hole flange onto cylinder head. The screw/bolts must then be tightened onto the charge air distributor for mounting. The use of lubricants and liquid sealants is not permitted.

11	Check sealing ring of the coolant return line connection fitting (F) for damage	In a case of a damaged sealing ring: ↓ Replace coolant return line connection fitting (F). In a case of a damaged sealing ring the sealing ring must always be replaced together with the coolant return line connection fitting (F).
12	Install in the reverse order
