Remove/install blend air flap actuator motor - AR83.10-P-2026CW

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Dashboard (1) removal MODEL 218 with CODE 581 (Comfort automatic air conditioning) AR68.10-P-1000EL
MODEL 207, 212 with CODE 581 (Comfort automatic air conditioning) AR68.10-P-1000EW
MODEL 204.9 with CODE 581 (Comfort automatic air conditioning) AR68.10-P-1000CY
MODEL 204.0/2/3 with CODE 581 (Comfort automatic air conditioning) AR68.10-P-1000CW
2 Remove bolts (2) IMPORTANT When removing left blend air flap actuator motor (M2/6).  
3 Remove screws/bolts (3) IMPORTANT When removing right blend air flap actuator motor (M2/7).  
4 Disconnect electrical connector (4) and remove left blend air flap actuator motor (M2/6) IMPORTANT When removing left blend air flap actuator motor (M2/6).  
5 Disconnect electrical connector (5) and remove right blend air flap actuator motor (M2/7) IMPORTANT When removing right blend air flap actuator motor (M2/7).  
6 Install in the reverse order    
7 Teach in and normalize left blend air flap actuator motor (M2/6) or right blend air flap actuator motor (M2/7)    
REFER TO SELF-DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEMS Connect STAR DIAGNOSIS and read out fault memory   AD00.00-P-2000-04A
    IMPORTANT Menu item: control unit adaptations, teach in actuator motors, normalize actuator motors.
