Position manual router (2) on mounting and clamping device and carefully press down on handles (6, 13) against surface of clamped cover. Tighten handle (6).
Do not switch on manual router.

Set depth limitation pin (8), with black stop screw (19) to cutting depth of 1.6 mm using feeler gauge (18).
Arrest depth limitation pin (8) with arresting screw (9). Loosen handle (6).

Switch on manual router, grip both handles (6, 13) and press down against stop. Tighten handle (6).

Smoothly guide manual router (2) in clockwise direction (direction of arrow) along duplicating template on surface of mounting and clamping device (1). Loosen handle (6).
Switch off manual router (2).
