Remove/install rubber mounts from thrust arm - AR35.20-P-0105-01CW

Removing 

1. Pull rubber mount (5l) out of wheel carrier (7) using extraction and insertion tool (01).
2. Remove extraction and insertion tool (01) with rubber mount (5l).

   Install 

3. Position extraction and insertion tool (01) with rubber mount (5l) at wheel carrier (7).
4. Pull rubber mount (5l) into wheel carrier (7) using extraction and insertion tool (01).

   Install far enough to enable the rubber mount (5l) fully covers the cutout (a) in the extraction and insertion tool (01).
