Connect sections of propeller shaft - AR41.10-P-0050-05TX

MODEL 172, 204, 207, 212, 218, 219, 231 

1. Check front propeller shaft (20a), rear propeller shaft (20b), thrust plate (1), rubber boot (2) and propeller shaft center support bearing (7) for wear and damage.

   If necessary, replace the affected part.

2. Grease splined profile of rear propeller shaft (20b) using longlife grease.

3. Connect front propeller shaft (20a) and rear propeller shaft (20b).

   The humps of the front propeller shaft (20a) must be located between the two humps on the rear propeller shaft (20b) (arrows). Ensure that rubber boot (2) is seated properly.
