with CODE 489 (AIRMATIC)

3 Expose pressure reservoir (42) for leak test   AR32.22-P-2017EW
4 Create access to AIRmatic compressor (A9/1) for leak test   AR32.22-P-2001EW
5 Create access to AIRmatic valve unit (Y36/6) for leak test   AR32.22-P-2015EW
INSPECT Check
6 Check suspension strut pressure line connection (40a) on front suspension struts (40) using leakage spray for leaktightness MODEL 218
with CODE 489 (AIRMATIC)
IMPORTANT Wait for approximately 10 to 15 minutes after spraying the leakage detection spray. This allows smaller leaks to be detected (bubbles form). Larger leaks are visible immediately.
In the event of leaks:
↓
Repair affected suspension strut pressure line connection (40a).
