1	Drive the vehicle onto the measuring station and secure using the parking brake	The measuring system must be approved by Mercedes-Benz.
2	Perform preparations for distance and comparative measurements		AR40.30-P-0401NKB
3	Carry out distance and comparison measurements on front and rear axles		AR40.30-P-0402NKB
		These measurements determine whether it is necessary to replace chassis components or repair the body on the straightening bench. If there is visible damage (e.g. crack formation or deformation) on the front axle or rear axle carrier, these parts must be replaced.
4	Repair vehicle	Where damage has been detected.
5	Perform wheel alignment check	After the vehicle has been repaired.
