- Detach cover (7).
- Unclip cover (8).
- Remove cover (7).

with code 351 (Emergency call system (HERMES)) It is not necessary to disconnect the electrical connector from the emergency call system button group.
- Detach edge guard (3) in area of A-pillar paneling (1).
- Unclip A-pillar paneling (1) from the retaining clips (4) with
long wedge.

Remove top A-pillar paneling (1) until electrical connector of hands-free system microphone can be disconnected.
- Model 238.4
Disconnect electrical connector of hands-free system microphone.

Disconnect electrical connector (9) from overhead control panel (10).
- Pull A-pillar paneling (1) towards rear and up out of instrument panel, and remove.
- Install in the reverse order.
