	Remove/install
1	Remove longitudinal member panel	Model 253	AR88.80-P-6000LWG
		Model 205	AR88.80-P-6000LW
2	Unscrew bolts (5, 6)	Model 205 Bolts (5, 6) are located behind cover (4). Front door not completely open. Screw in bolts (5, 6) only until they make contact. They are tightened after adjusting fender (1).
3.1	Detach drip rail (3) in area of fender (1)	Model 205
3.2	Remove drip molding (3)	Model 253
4	Unscrew bolt (2)	Screw in bolt (2) only to stop. It is screwed in after adjusting fender (1).
5	Detach fender liner (10) until bolts (9) are accessible		AR88.10-P-1300LW
6	Remove screws (9)
7	Unscrew nuts (11)	Screw in nuts (11) only to stop. They are tightened after adjusting fender (1).
8	Remove bolts (7)	Screw in nuts (7) only to stop. They are tightened after adjusting fender (1).
9	Mask front door, A-pillar and front bumper (8) in area of fender (1) with felt strips	Felt strip	*BR00.45-Z-1150-02A
10	Move fender (1) out from behind front bumper (8) together with lug
11	Unhook fender (1) at bottom from threaded pins on nuts (11)
12	Push fender (1) toward rear against brackets (12) and remove to side	Insert fender (1) between bracket (12) and windshield washer system reservoir (13).
13	Remove expansion rivet (14) and remove cover (4) from fender (1)	When replacing to (1).

14	Install in the reverse order
15	Adjust fender (1), tighten bolts (2, 5, 6, 7) and nuts (11)		AR60.00-P-0700-01LW
