Replace radial sealing rings on side of rear axle center assembly - AR35.31-P-0545LW

NOTES Notes on self-locking nuts and bolts   AH00.00-N-0001-01A
IMPORTANT Notes on repair work on suspension components   AH00.00-P-0100-01A
REMOVING Remove     
1 Remove rear-axle shaft (37)   AR35.30-P-0621LW 
2 Pry radial shaft sealing ring (32a) out of rear axle differential (50) using a suitable tool NOTES
Do not damage the seat of the radial shaft sealing ring (32a) in the rear axle differential (50).
Otherwise leaks may occur.		  
CLEAN Clean     
3 Clean seat surface of radial shaft sealing ring (32a) in rear axle differential (50)    
INSPECT Check     
4 Check seat surface of radial shaft sealing ring (32a) in rear axle differential (50) for damage and replace rear axle differential (50) if necessary    
INSTALLING Install     
5 Press new radial shaft sealing ring (32a) into rear axle differential (50)    
REFER TO CAPACITIES & SPECIFICATIONS Universal hypoid gear oils (specification 235.7)  

Universal hypoid gear oils (specification 235.7). MB 235.7/235.74 FE hypoid gear oil A 001 989 33 03/Mobilube FE/FE Plus 75W-85
NOTES
Do not apply any oil to the seat surface in the rear axle differential (50) and around the outer circumference of the radial shaft sealing ring (32a).
Otherwise leaks may occur.
IMPORTANT Apply a small amount of universal hypoid gear oil to the inner sealing lip of the radial shaft sealing ring (32a).		  
SPECIAL TOOL Drift Figure
6 Install new circlip (37o) on inner splined shaft of rear axle shaft (37)    
7 Install rear axle shaft (37).   AR35.30-P-0621LW 
INSPECT Check     
8 Check oil level in rear axle differential (50) and correct, if necessary   AR35.31-P-0520-03LW

Sealant, Omni fit 100H (50 g) *BR00.45-Z-1061-01A 
9 Check rear axle differential (50) for leak tightness
