DANGER Risk of injury  to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolantspray. Risk of poisoning  from swallowing coolant. Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers.
Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Remove lower engine compartment paneling   AR61.20-P-1105LW
2 Drain coolant from low-temperature circuit   AR09.41-P-6834LW 
NOTES Notes on coolant   AH20.00-N-2080-01A
    FLUID SPECIFICATION Coolant mixing ratio *BF20.00-P-1001-04A 
3 Disconnect electrical line (5) at low-temperature water circuit circulation pump (1)    
4 Detach coolant hoses connectors (2) at low-temperature water circuit circulation pump (1)   AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ
5 Remove screw/bolts (3) and remove low-temperature water circuit circulation pump (1) together with bracket (4) and elastomer bearing from bracket on longitudinal member    
6 Install in the reverse order    
INSPECT Check     
7 Check low-temperature circuit cooling system for leaktightness   AR20.00-P-1010LW
IMPORTANT Attach tester cap to low-temperature circuit coolant expansion reservoir.
DANGER Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running. Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts. AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
8 Perform an engine test run; check cooling system for proper operation
